Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy covers payments made to Makvishan Technology for our own services and products. Purchases from stores built on Makvishan Commerce are covered by each store’s own refund policy.

1. Development projects and setup fees

• You can cancel before work starts for a full refund of any advance paid.
• After work starts, the advance is refundable only for work not yet done, less costs already incurred (such as third-party licences or domains).
• Milestones you have accepted are not refundable.

2. Subscriptions (Private Cloud and Fully Managed plans)

• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the service runs until then.
• Fees for the current period are not refunded, except where we fail to provide the service as agreed.
• Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of first payment get a refund for the unused months, less the setup fee.

3. Code License

Because source code cannot be returned once delivered, Code License fees are not refundable after delivery. Before delivery, you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Third-party costs

Fees paid to third parties on your behalf — such as domains, cloud hosting, SMS or WhatsApp message charges and payment gateway fees — are not refundable by us.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.

6. How to ask for a refund or cancellation

Email or call us with your name, business name and invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.
